Payment Terms
Payment terms, including rates, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to:
- Your use or inability to use our website or services
- Any errors or omissions in our services
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct or content
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
